warm food delicious coffee fast wifi

the breakfast selection included warm food and delicious coffee i found the fast wifi and cast to tv very useful i streamed my own content without issue the personnel was friendly.

the shower cabin felt narrow the drain system did not work properly.

the staff communicated clearly and were helpful. the check-in process was quick (faster than i expected).

i booked a double room. i was very disappointed after seeing it in person, as it was not like what was advertised. the room was small, and the breakfast offered very limited options (especially the fruit).

constant traffic noise poor sound insulation

the breakfast provided a good start to the day with enough options to choose from.

the room faced a busy street traffic noise was constant i felt as though i were outside the windows offered no sound insulation housekeeping woke me early cleaning the room next door a quiet room was not provided despite the request.

friendly staff helpful staff

the staff were friendly and helpful. the check-in was quick and earlier than expected. i thank particularly two front desk workers that were very friendly. they spoke spanish and were always smiling.

i found out the bed sheets were dirty with a stain that had solidified fragments. the curtains had red stains and the shower drain was out of place. the smell only got stronger the second day

The double room was modern and clean. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the hotel rooms look just like the photos that i saw online when i booked the room.

The hotel organized a cheap and comfortable shuttle to the airport. the fitness room has all the basics for a decent workout. i used the metro to get into town. The hotel is near the metro station.

The staff communicated clearly. everyone was very helpful when i needed assistance. the personnel was nice, polite, and helpful when i asked questions. the check-in process was very quick. I appreciated this.

There was a good choice of food for breakfast. the breakfast options were pretty extensive and satisfying. the hotel bar provides welcome drinks vouchers. I used them to enjoy a beverage in the evening.

underwhelming stay , could be improved

constant noise fluctuating temperature

the location was acceptable , with convenient access to public transport.

I was really hoping for a quiet room , but i ended up next to what sounded like a ventilation system. the noise was constant and made it hard to sleep , like a dull roar all night. also , the shower temperature kept fluctuating. It went from warm to scalding hot without any warning , quite annoying.

the hotel provided a clean and well maintained environment. the room was spacious and included a minibar, stocked daily with complimentary water. staff members were consistently available and ready to assist with requests and directions. i also found the on-site fitness center to be well equipped with modern machines.

the street outside had moderate noise during peak hours.
